This old stuff is obsolete, but it should still work in DOS, Win95/98 and recent versions of VMWare, VirtualPC and Dosbox.
You need a player and the data files (to be played). Each Incident part exists in three different size versions. Of these, you only need one. The Technical Manual has some info on the differences between the size versions.
For example, if you decide to settle for the medium size versions, download the player (ip*.zip) and i01m.dat, i02m.dat and i03m.dat.
